After 40 years of practicing as a Certified Public Accountant, Peter has made the very important personal decision to retire fully. His official last day will be December 31, 2026.

Peter and his partners sold their practice, Borgida & Company, P.C. on February 1, 2024, to the eventual successor firm Kask & Company CPAs and its managing partner James Kask. In the interest of a smooth transition, Peter remained working on a part-time basis. He truly enjoyed working and interacting with his clients and staff and being of service to everyone who walked through his door. Pete would like to express his gratitude for the trust and loyalty his clients showed him over the years. He says, “I've met a lot of great people, shared some terrific experiences and made many, very close friends. It has been quite a rewarding journey for me.”

As Partner Emeritus, Pete knows his clients will be impressed with the professionalism and care that the Kask & Company team is committed to provide all his clients.
